Transforming a Dubai Apartment into a Serene Holiday Haven
Situated in a coveted Dubai neighborhood, this 1-bedroom apartment stood as a blank canvas, featuring original wooden flooring and kitchen cabinetry. The challenge was to transform it into a warm and inviting holiday home that would resonate with the apartment's inherent charm, character and intended functionality as a short-term rental unit.
In Dubai's desirable Jumeirah Village Circle, we transformed a 1-bedroom completed off-plan unit into a serene holiday haven. We aimed to create a space that blends charm with the functionality needed for a short-term rental. Through careful planning, we executed painting and fit-out works to equip the apartment for hospitality use. The layout includes a dedicated workspace, dining area, a cozy 3-seater sofa, ample storage, a large TV, and a bedroom with a luxury-grade king-sized bed. Each choice was made to ensure comfort and functionality, making this apartment an ideal retreat for holiday-goers and a standout in Dubai’s short-term rental market.
